            Zennie, I've been trying to cut down on Mr. Stirly's and my cholesterol intake for the last month or so, so I tried using grated portobello mushrooms instead of ground beef. You wouldn't believe how great it tastes!! I made a sauce for spaghetti that was to die for and I made my burgers the usual way with the oats, etc. but with the grated mushrooms instead of the ground beef. Mr. Stirly only ever eats one hamburger but I made an extra one in case and he scarfed the second one down and asked for more!:H:H You just have to adjust the amount of mushroom (due to water content) to the rest of the ingredients and they need to be cooked a little bit longer for the moisture to evaporate. They were actually tastier than the beef burgers.
            Okay, enough of "food talk" or I'm going to have to raid my fridge. Hope you all have a lovely afternoon/evening.
            Am off for good now.

                            hellooooo peeps. just a quick beak in... but you should be i bed by now. was giving the dogs a well needed bath today... and got as far as getting the shampoo n stuff out..... then a little nana nap came over me.... then it was dark and i though sod it.... they can stink for another day or 10. took me all me time to get me scrubbed up and perky
                            Today is the tomorrow i worried about yesterday and it turned out fine
