      Sir, can I be today's brown-nose Sir??

Walked to work in record time (38 minutes).

Ate brown rice porridge with unsweetened acidopholus yoghurt.

Lunch is coriander and bean salad with coleslaw and a small can of tuna.

AND!!! (most impressively of all!) I managed to work diligently for two hours without checking into MWO once :H:H

I don't think I'm man enough to be in this Army, and I have the fanny to prove it. I got to work early and had no coffee because the damn coffee maker broke. Might have had something to do with putting the coffee grounds in the water compartment. I went up and down stairs about eight times though, and sweated a couple times while making bags (of baby books!). I ate fried rice for lunch, but it was brown rice. I forgot to take any smoke breaks because I was too dang busy making bags of baby books. Saw a couple babies too and gave them books, which they slobbered on and chewed on. I did no slobbering myself today. The only thing I drank was iced tea (unsweetened) and water.

Permission to join the thread Sir!

Drank lots of water, had a protein shake, went for a run. Late breakfast/early lunch was poached egg and wholemeal toast. Eight hour shift at work where I was literally bursting with energy, salmon and veg for dinner....banana as a snack. Now sitting here with a cup of bedtime earl grey.

Can I just add that apart from my recent ridiculously high AL intake I am a bit of a health freak? ( I know, the irony!) :H

Brilliant thread, gave me a chuckle, oh and one more thing...permission to prettify the uniform Sir???!!!!!
