Pssst: Didn't know if ya'll knew this, but you're not supposed a sargeant as "sir," even if he has no fanny. You are supposed to address officers as sir, whether or not the officer has a fanny. At least that's the way it is in the US.* * *

Fried chicken, french fries (dipped in ranch dressing) and cheesecake for lunch.

AF BOOT CAMP Day 1 (easy on the troops)
Sir, trap reporting in for day one sir. Diet is good. Breakfast shake. Fava bean salad for lunch and chicken whole grain pasta for dinner. Bad session with the army therapist but am on mild sedatives this evening for sleep and will try harder tomorrow. Exercise is still a wash sir!
Haven't had more than an hour of sleep in over two weeks. Working on that. Any sugestions sir?Comment

Did okay today Sarge, reporting...
Coffee + banana
Ran this morning (6km hilly) then did a 1/2 hour core strengthening workout.
Big salad for lunch and vitamins
Pate, cheese, cracker and pickles for snack (oops just couldn't resist)
Homemade tomato pasta sauce on whole wheat penne and one piece garlic toast.
Tonnes of water and NO AL
AND I only snuck one Halloween treat from the kid's stash. Time to rest the sober head on the pillow.
