                        I am in the yard,at 10 i have to be in my councillor (still going), bit hectic at the moment, but i have learned to take it nice n easy.

                                Its much better now and i find it much easier and trusting than before, it takes time to build up a friendship/trust but when it does its so relieving and good for the head
