    Teen Party

Ok, so I've agreed to have a "Teen Party" for my daughter and her friends. It's going to be a blast!! I would have never planned such a thing in my drinking days!!! 16 teens on a Friday night just didn't fit into my drinkin' plans!

So the big shindig is happening on Friday, 11/19 and I've got some good food planned (including Crack Weenies...thanks TopsyTurvy for the recipe).

    I hope I survive!

      Teen Party

Ages 13-18, and they're just going to sit around and listen to music and snack...it's just a chance for them to "hang out".

Meanwhile my sister and I will be in the back room watching Sex and the City 2...

              just girls

is it just girls? if so, plan to have them do a make up part or something...i heard it from friends of mine...no experience here...just an idea. if mixed, well, take Rog's advice...watch with closed circuit cameras and body guards

Thanks for the advice. I'm seriously not worried about AL...these are church-goin' kids that actually "walk the walk". My presence will be known, nonetheless.

You are welcome for the recipe and I hope you and your sis have fun watching "Sex in the City." The younger crowd will find ways to entertain themselves, most likely not troublesome ways. I admire your moxy for taking on 16 at a time though!

Have fun K-9! Im sure the party will be a huge hit!

Its funny the things you can do sober. As you know, I drove my son all the way to Disneyworld not to long ago. That is something I could have never ever done while drinking.

Thank you for the reminder of how fun life can be sober! Enjoy your party!!!
