this may seem a bit silly but i just got an urge to say well done.
this is a huge WELL DONE to every single person here. whatever stage on this journey, the newbies, just starting out, the wonderful people who are still here after conquering this beast and the ones in the middle who are trying to get there.
every single one of us is making the effort, some come here daily, some just now and again but the fact that people are here shows a great commitment to helping themselves and helping others.
