Oh I ordered for you. I didn't forget. I had a chicken dish with feta, olives and veggies. It was one of the specials. It wasn't special

      Morning, Sarge.
Very interesting about the chia seeds. I have seen them but not realised the benefits. Thanks for the tip. On shopping list.
White tea is also excellent. I have a delicious one with pear.

Feeling a bit depressed today, but fighting it off as best I can. Think that's about the only exercise I'll be getting today. Yes, I know walking would be good but I just can't get going...oh wotthehell, you've guilted me into it. Back in half an hour...

If your 8 year old self met you, would they be proud?

          B: All Bran and fruit.
          L: Wholemeal homemade veg pizza
D: Meat dish with vegetables, dinner guests,no booze. Tough luck visitors.

          Ex: More jaw flapping.

          Thoughts :
Think I want to reprise my vegetarian status.
          Will look into chia seeds.
Must up fibre and water intake.
Exercise needs to become a priority, not an afterthought. Non negotiable. Will schedule in for future.

A bit tired today ? Baclofen, but nowt serious.

            Good Saturday to you Sarge.

I am afraid that I failed miserably last night after a very good few days of healthy eating. Cheese Doodle binge last night. I fear I will retain water for the next month after all that salt.

            Will do better today.

And if I may Sarge, it is my opinion that the woman you speak of is a knucklehead, Sir. You are a fine soldier and she needs her head examined.

Thank you for the encouraging words and your dinner last night sounded yummy.

Off to buy some Chia seeds today. Maybe I can find that Homer Simpson Chia Head I bought for my daughter last year as a Christmas prank....it does come wth a packed it seeds...

Reporting for Duty, Sir! Healthy day planned as follows:

Breakfast: Pro Biotic Yogurt smoothie with organic blackberries, peaches, strawberries (home grown and frozen, Sir)

Lunch: Brown Rice, Spaghetti Squash, Matcha or Tulsi tea

              Snack: healthy trail mix

Dinner: Brown rice pasta with broccoli pesto

3 mile run or 10-mile bike ride today - still assessing, Sir

Reading: continuing The Easy Way to Stop Drinking by Allen Carr

Have a great day everone. Oh, and Sir, sorry you're having to lower the hatchet at work, Sir. Sounds awful. But glad to know you won't be enlisting the services of Grey Goose, Sir.

Loved the post on "Motivation". Really helped me. See the Joy in all aspects of life!

Friday - 90 minute trail run

Saturday - 6km run in town followed by core conditioning and upper body weights

Worked last night so no AL and work tonight so no AL again. Small Blessings in an evening job as it eliminates the craving hours for me. Trying to find the "Joy" in the mundane.

Pic of Oney's dinner......VERY proud of myself AND I ate it all. Normally I would have a McDonalds on a Sat.
