    good morning ladies and gents .. well i slept in .. still feeling tired but need to get some good strong choffee in me to really wake me up ... so have an awesome day enjoy stay strong and keep shifting forward

      Good morning all Sunny I will know on Tuesday when the blood work gets back until then No pt. I can tell you I feel better already this morning I can move my thumbs so I know it is working. Greatfull is there sugar in those apple dumplings if not bring some in the morning!!!! MB thanks for thinking about me. Hope we all have a nice day I can tell you here the high for the day will be 35 Berrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!

          Morning guys. Hubs is on a yard work binge, so I'm trying not to break the spell. Can't post long when he's here! :H
          Grateful, Hubs was the same way about those dumplings - they're magical.
          Watched 'Crazy Hearts' last night. Wow! Power message about alcohol.

                      GOOD MORNING! Yes indeed, I was a duvet hugger this morning! I woke at 6.15 and lay there for about 15 mins thinking about getting up, then turned over and went back to sleep and woke up at 9.15! So, am a bit late here today, but feeling good.

                      good morning to you swannie - no breakfast for me - I have a cuppa that is going down well for now. Hope you are feeling okay? Rog - so you too had a lie-in? Yes Jan - I am off today and really looking forward to it - I think I am going to try to clear the mess on the floor that I started last weekend when I started clearing the computer room closet out!! LOL and then maybe start on another closet. maybe. i should go and put some washing in too - oh, and I need to call my mum as well. Morning RC - thanks for the compliment. LOL

                      Grateful - hi there. The book is an advance copy so isn't out yet but I read until rather late last night (about 12.30 - silly me) but I am enjoying it so far - it is a Cecilia Ahern, out in February, called The Book Of Tomorrow. I haven't read any of her books but this is slightly different - I like books that have a slightly different theme to them and this does.

                      Where is Bird this morning? Conspicuous by her absence........

                      I must go and put washing in and phone my mum. Love and hugs to all. will be back - hi to everyone who isn't here yet.

                        MB-they are so easy and inexpensive to make...but taste heavenly....Biz-they have lots of sugar but I'm sure you could just have a bite? That movie Crazy Heart was really, really good - I've watched it about 3 times. Rog-you're only supposed to put the WD-40 on your hands? Oh, man, now you tell me...Swannie..thank you for making breakfast for all of us....I have lasagne for dinner...oh and the wonderful apple dumplings!!!

                                I just started WW3 trying to get my teenager out of bed cause the ^&)(()(*&*^^%%^$#%%*& printer suddenly doesn't work. GAWD they move slow in the morning.
                                anyway, finally got the d**n thing printed...off to store in a bit
