      5" is a lot....I like to look at it from inside the house...but not have to drive in it. Don't you go out or you will be buried!!! We need our Swannie!

          Tink has found BOTH her rubber chickens. Sounds like a little thing, doesn't it -NOT!!!!!!!! She loves them, carries them around, throws them at me. She's been 'RANK-RANKing at them furiously ever since i got home. Wish I had audio on here so I could drive you as nutty as she's making me!! I hide them in drawers, on top of the fridge, then she stands and barks at wherever they are till I get them out. It's WEIRD!!!!!!!!

            Great news Bird! I can't imagine not having health care coverage even though I rarely have need of it.

              ok well yeah swanny i did alittle more nose shopping went to home depot got everything i needed and put my hand in my pocket and realise i for got my wallet and here three women cut infront of the line everyone start bitching and i just walk back to my truck and send sue back when we got home .. and well i did some projects .. took frompeter to fix paul and now i have a work tabletop gas grill ..but then realise i have alot of wood that just been sitting in a pile ..so made and wood table the size of a small bar for the grill to sit on and tomorrow will be doing the reroof over one part of the garage ..only 1 square and as for a fire place we are just going to make a fire pit .. with some pretty stone around it ... and well that was my day just lovely

                I have had an expensive, 4-hour call to our internet security system to get crap (I know a better word!!) taken off, fixed because of a virus. WTF do people do who don't have protection services?? ARRRRRGGGGHHHH!!!!!!!!!

                  Ruby~I don't subscribe to any anti virus software. Never have and so far never had a problem. I listened to a program on the way home from you actually. The guy said they were mostly a waste of money just like a flu shot, it's hard to keep up with the current strains. He did say that the most important things were: always clear your history before shutting down; never load up extra tool bars and never open anything you are unsure of.

                    I never do anything suspect. I WILL clear my history each night and shut down, though, thank you. I was told that people like Hubs and me are targeted, but God help them trying to get something from our bank accounts, because we don't keep anything in there that would help! It's the other numbers in the system I worry about. All passwords being changed before we spoke.
                    I had a rough day,came home and dealt with this, which took me till almost 8 PM, but I made fall of the bone ribs, green beans, and delicious sweet potato oven fries in the meantime. (plus bread!) Now I'm just pissed, and already got extra coverage, plus sharing it with my kids, but tomorrow, I'm going on the warpath with this premier coverage company. I've been talking to people who barely speak English, and rapidly, all afternoon. I'm tired. So, sorry I haven't gotten back to you all today, but will try better tomorrow.

                        Hi all. Still here. Not feeling very full of life. Ruby, I feel your pain. When we are on the internet, we are on our own. It's just a nasty fact of cyber life.

                        My back hurts, my legs hurt, my lungs don't want to work right, my skin is shriveling up like a raisin, and I'm not feeling very social. Sorry. Maybe tomorrow will feel better. Hope everyone has a good night.

                            I am home. LONG day/night/work shift - whatever! I am home and that is the main thing! Topsy - why are you feeling so poorly? Are you sick? What is wrong? I do hope that you feel better in the morning - hope that you got a good nights sleep.

                            Ruby - SO sorry about all your problems with the internet - it can be SUCH a pain. We had an anti-virus etc software stuff that worked but we feel that we were fiddled on and we have a really good computer place in town, run by two chaps (brothers) and they put a freebie virus stuff on my computer that has been really good. I feel for you with what you are going through. What a pain!!

                            Swannie - lovely to see you here - I might try calling you tomorrow (Tuesday) although depending on when i get to bed (it is already 11.30 pm - not good for me), I shall have to see! I have to go down to work in the morning as I brought the store phone home with me - got in my car, sat down - and there it was, on my hip! Once the store alarm is set it is too much of a hassle to go back in. Anyway, I will try and see if you are around! 5" of snow! Wow! Where we lived in Devon - we never got that much - I remember one year we had 2" and the local police-station built a snowman in the front of the police-station 'cos they couldn't get out!!! We just never got snow down there!! LOL

                            I need to go back further to answer all stuff and I am tired and need to go to bed. Jan - fingers crossed re the interview although I know what you mean about having an internal person - bet your heart just sank at that comment. I am sorry. You would be such a good catch - they just don't realise it!!!

                              Good morning All~~I'm up but really don't like it much. Never was a morning person but trying change my clock. We were supposed to get 24 hours of copious amounts of rain, but notta so far. There does seem to be a pressure in the air though.
                              Sunny I got a giggle over you leaving with your phone. I usually have to go back in for SOMETHING--mail to post, deposit, cream for the morning, supper for the night, bookwork, the list goes on....I don't have security system to deal with but once I get in the car I really don't want to go back in!!
                              Tracy~what is going on with you? Maybe I can help? Pm if you like...hope you feel better today.
                              Well I'm feeling a bit brain dead and have already had a cup of coffee. So will go freshen up and that should help. Need to read some legal crap and try to decipher the language on how to proceed.
