A frightening situation, support needed
Good luck White Star. I've had the blood test and am going for a sonogram Monday. I think I sorta know how you feel. That article scared me. But I now know for sure I can't drink anymore, ever.
Again, good luck and keep us posted! :crossed:Noelle sez "Do want you like, like what you do. Life is Good."

Whitestar .. this may sound really awful .. and I hope it does NOT ...
Your story has kept me at 3 glasses of wine today ... a first in I don't know how many years ...
Thank you and you will be in my prayers tonight to become healthy and whole again . ... you'll make it. Please keep us posted.

Whitestar,
So sorry you are going through this. Is there a chance you won't need the transplant and the liver can recover if you follow abstainance and medical treatment? I hope so!
This is a reminder to all that we must be wary of what we are doing to ourselves. What symptoms did you have before the jaundice?
Sending all my best wishes for your recovery.

My liver has recovered before so fingers crossed, before the jaundice i had some wierd synptons, increased libado, confusion , promiscuity(just the once) and total denial that my problem had returned! However I am feeling nuch more my old self now, and may have a job interview soon, It just goes to show what you can do "neverr stop fighting" I have even regained the ability to type again I guess turning yellow brought me round if you know what I mean. Peace and Love to all who ever they are what ever thay are
Regards Whitestar
