        Not much to add. I did fairly well this weekend. No junk food - Xmas shopping and lots of time with the 8 year old. I can't thank you enough Techie for this thread - you are an amazing person! You are keeping me motivated and I am sorry that I have not checked in more often. I am not the best at posting;( You and the rest of the people here definately have made a permanent change in my life - and a good one!:thanks:

                  Breakfast...

                  Apple, kiwi, banana and orange and Green Tea with lemon.




                  Dinner.

                  Kale/Carrot/Potato mash with sausages (now I know sausages are not GREAT but they are healthy ones)
