AF BOOT CAMP Day 6 (hell hath no fury...!)

Way to inspire the troops Sarge!

I was so healthy today my colleagues were disgusted! Out running in the frost as soon as it got light, salmon and winter vegetables packed for dinner, bananas (god I love bananas!) as snacks.....as I said before, I am a health nut in the making, kicking the AL is making me super-woman! :thanks:

Love your attitude FB. Its all about our cells. Suppling our bodies with the nutrients to manage the deficiencies and, working diligently to avoid toxins. KEEP MAKING PROGRESS!!!

Sarge, cannot imagine the day you've had. Well, I know I speak for all the troops when I say you've made us proud. If you can withstand a day like that without AL, we can buck up to anything, Sarge.:l

Private Mish reporting back for a jolly good kick in the bottoms Sarge. I dropped my bundle in that I took a few drinks, but :H:H:H all the troops' Avatars stopped me going overboard and getting drunk. I was really hoping to make 30 days AF Sarge.
        Diet: Healthy
Exercise: Does beating myself up count as exercise?
        :h Mish :h

            Evening Company.

Who's on watch this evening ? (Kangaroo time)

            Permission to speak freely, Sir.

It appears that cleaning up makes life easier, but doesn't stop the challenges and hard times coming. This troup has had our fair share of real life this week.
I for one am very proud of the way our soldiers have engaged, Sir.
Including yourself if I may, Sir.

Very inspired by individual soldiers and their sustained efforts in rations preparation and exercise periods, Sir.

@ private Mish. Kicking ones own arse is a legitimate aerobic exercise. Please be sure to sustain arse self kicking for 40 minutes or longer for optimum fat burning :H
If your 8 year old self met you, would they be proud?

Morning Privates Mish, Oner's, and Jones. You're back in the ranks today Mish that's all that counts. I do know that the drink can cause us problems. Why I was in the NCO club last night sucking on onea them NA beers. Told Murphy at the bar that it tasted like piss. He said it WAS piss. Bastard is a prankster. So today, in recognition of Private Jones "arse kicking" exercise suggestion we're going to do a full hour of AKE. I've brought in a special guest to lead the session. Privates please welcome Mr. Richard Simmons...

Private Zenstyle requesting permission to be sent to sick bay SIR! Intake of healthy rations and gym maneuvers are both suspended due to viral attack of the gastro nature. I guess I will polish my boots and practice my hospital corners today.

GRANTED Private. Seems stuff is going freaking around the barracks. I just hope its NOT that gat damn bighorn sheep flu!
