    Alrighty, folksies...

    It's bedtime for me. Another busy day awaits. I was hardly at my desk or responding to emails today, so there'll be a lot of catching up to do.

    May everyone who is feeling under the weather be better by morning :l

                  Hiya Oney. How is Ava? And the other kids too, for that matter. Whatcha eatin' today. Yesterday's meals were fab. Yer not slippin a chipper in today while no one's looking I hope.

                      Stirly!! You must have read my mind lol, I did have chipper thoughts a few mins ago but I did have healthy food today..

                      Breakfast, boiled egg and wholemeal toast

                      Lunch Wild Mushroom Bruschetta with red onion, tomato and spinich

                      Dinner ...Steamed baby potatoes, home made meatballs, Broccoli and carrots.


                      Not I was having "I have been so good ..I deserve a treat" thoughts.

                      Ava is GRAND today...nearly drove me mad actually fighting with her sister, back to school 2moro!

                          Good stuff, Oney. Eating crap deep fried food regularly is poisoning your body. However a couple of squares of choccy after dinner is allowed, just wish I had some :upset:
