        Ohhh....delicious! Thank you JC!
Can you believe I actually ran out of coffee yesterday and had to travel into the city to stock up and reload on groceries..I'm good to go now. My coffee intake has increased a lot since I stopped drinking, but amazingly my sleep has not been effected. I'm getting the best sleeps I have in years!

When I was drinking I couldn't tolerate coffee, it's now one of lives guilty pleasures.

We've decided to put little fairy lights up in our conservatory as we put the dining room table in there over Christmas. I haven't looked forward to a Christmas so much in years.

              Hi guys....
              thx for the text mummy..:h
been feeling shite since Jamie left..
on sunday I had a bottle of wine sitting in my kitchen from his birthday, coz when they delivered the chinese it came with a bottle of wine..!!
I opened it, kept smelling it, even poured a big mug out..went to drink it and stopped..!!
I could hear Ollie crying in his bedroom laying on the bed Jamie was sleeping in, and went to him..
I fucking hate alcohol..what the hell did I nearly do..I really thought I was past that danger feeling..I had planned to give the bottle to my neighbor..
even when I opened it I was half an half of me to pour it down the sink..
but I put it in a mug..
old trick so it didn't look like wine..how dumb..
              but I didn't drink it..
just proves to me I am still not that strong to have it in the house and it not be a danger..!!!

                Hi Jan,
No problem but of yer ribs are a bit sore I've just poked you on FB.

Do you know I found half a bottle of wine in the fridge just after the son and heir's last visit. I have to admit I had a fleeting....'well nobody would ever know' thought.
I even got Mr JC to pour it out so I could prove to him and myself that I hadn't drank it.

                  Hi Jan,
We all get these testing moments from time to time and each time we succeed in overcoming the temptation, another layer of strength has been added.
                  Well done.

:H:H:H Yep, there's a face peeking right back out at us. But I think it looks more like Daddy Tigger....

Jan, glad to see you're back. Good for you on dumping the wine. It's amazing how our brains work. Our addiction will never be gone. At some point you will get to the point that you almost never think about it but it's always there. And there will always be some trigger that will send you back to your old way of thinking that will hit you once in a while. Good for you on turning your thinking around again. I'm sure it's hard for you to deal with Jamie's going back to Scotland and even more having to comfort Ollie who misses him so much. Big hugs to both of you....:huggy

Gyco - great to hear you're back at work. Keep us updated....
