Hi everyone! What a rainy foggy day here, but it's nice and I may see if I have everything to make a red velvet cake..hmm.

JC! Ive been wanting a pair of UGG's. They look so comfy! I saw they just brought them in at Costco for the winter, I may grab myself a pair; and they're not bad priced there either.

I've just googled it. I think I've died and gone to heaven. I'll have to practice that at the weekend so it's perfect for Christmas.

I know eh? And I make a nice light icing as well and it is like heaven eating this cake. I've got a great recipe from allrecipes.com...ever try that website? It's wonderful!!!

Zens do you remember that day long chocolate cake I made last Christmas? Well I found the recipe the other day.

Troopers!!! Older son dropped by for a visit so I just now got a chance to read back over the posts. (and therefore the super-mulit-quote queen strikes again...

Mario, my older son and I are HUGE "Willie" fans. Started with "The Prince of Bel Aire" and went on from there. Gettin' Jiggy With It is one of my favourites as well as "The Wild, Wild West", theme song from the movie with the same name. Willie at his best!!! I still play it while driving, turned up to full blast of course.

Evening Stirls,:l

It was a choccy cake with about ?20 of ingredients that needed to be whisked, melted, folded,cooked on a low heat for 3 hours then iced with another ?10 of ingredients and by the time I was finished there was flour,eggs,bowls,spoons all over me and the kitchen.

After all that effort and time it tasted just OK. I ended up sticking in the freezer hoping someone would eat it. Then threw it out about Easter.
