Gym maneuvers accomplished: 20 mins on the Helliptical machine (thanks Niner!) followed by 40 mins on the weight machines (upper body and abs), followed by 10 mins stretching and 20 mins in the sauna. A splendid achievement even if I say so myself (and I just did).

AND... and... I dragged out the juicer and had celery and mango juice for breakfast (sounds vile but tastes good and I've been feeling like Mother Theresa all day... great side benefit). And a chicken breast lo carb wrap for lunch.

And I took all my supplements and am currently embarking on a Candida cleanse as I read we all have it to some extent and it can make a person feel lethargic. I'm planning on a heavy metal one next. Squeaky clean, me, I'll be.

I'm just off to polish my halo... will be backinabit...

slow start to the morning sarge. Laid in bed reading 'The VItamin Cure for Alcoholism" by Dr. Abram Hoffer and Dr. Andrew Saul (I credit Dr. Hoffers works with getting my son off antipsychotic meds and well after eight years of sheer hell)....anyway off into the day. Good breaky - Oat Bread Toast, Organic Eggs and salad plus ten thousand supps. Tell ya what Sarge that L-Glutamine sure kicks carb craving to the curb, its now my latest addiction. Back soon

Outstanding Saffafras. Ole Sarge is gonna take a gander at that book. Now that is a fine diet Saff. Yeah, the L-Glut sure does work. Hell even got me to give up all fluids for a period. Good job soldier. GREAT diet and exercise today. On Tuesday I'm goin to demonstrate how them there hot ass peppers can be weaponized.
