Morning. I realize you've received messages already. I'm sure some kind of mistake has been made about tlrgs's "banning". He is one of the most gentle, constantly encouraging fortresses in this forum in my humble opinion. Please reinstate him immediately with apology. I fear that a weaker person would have been more affected by a mistake like this. A mistake is a mistake but how could this happen??

I don't understand either. It had to have been the link, Rog. It doesn't seem very sensible, but it's the only thing that makes any sense at all. Near as I can tell, moderation does not involve itself in spats but comes into play when posters appear to be advertising. I'll send a PM too.

Ridiculous.You're right, Oney. I would have expected a warning if it was about that link. Just a PM asking him to edit his post and remove the link.
I'm amazed actually because who ever banned him sure hasn't read back over his posts.

For Nan, and any others who don't know how, I got a PM asking me how to send a message to the Forum Moderator and this is my reply about how to do it. IMHO, it would probably be more effective than just posting on this thread...


If you open the General Discussion forum, there are three threads at the top of the list. The third one is "Forum Etiquette" and was started by the Forum Moderator.
Click on the name Forum Moderator and a box will open giving you several options. One of them is sending a PM - private message. That's what I did and sent a request that tlrgs be reinstated since he always supports and encourages everyone at MWO and is also one of the most successful in that he has been sober for so long.
