SOOOO today is going to be a me day! I feeli have finalyy got a good hold on my drinking problem, i'm feeling stronger then i ever have done before and in complete control. HOWEVER, i'm not letting my gaurd down for one sec as i know how the AL devil works.
Today, i'm going to pamper myself. My eating has been bad and i feel really crap about myself and even tho i'm sober,i want to look at myself and feel great. SO i'm going to colour my hair back to it's normal colour, black, get my nails done and hopefully if i feel good about myself, my eating will become better as i feel good... make sense? *lol*
