Well Sarge, I can honestly say I have never been called THAT before! Private Fighting has forsaken the gym for some Christmas shopping today sarge, but I'll make up for it tomorrow as I don't wanna end up looking like Choochie's pic! :H

Going out for a meal later Sarge, but my favourite thing in the whole world is seafood and that's healthy. Fizzy water with lemon and lime to accompany (looks like a gin and tonic but so much better for you!)

Private Fighting (damn I like the sound of that) walk briskly between stores to get yerheart rate up. If it gets too crazy out there with other shoppers remember your hand-to-hand training skills. Love the seafood idea. NOW GET SHOPPING SOLDIER!!!

Private Zen I'll let Cooky, Nurse Jones, and Doc know there is an antidote to the CSS mouth the troops been complaining 'bout. Nurse Jones told me Pyle's tongue swelled so much from Cooky's soup they had to administer an IV. Now Plye being so large Jones said they had to use an IVXXMCIV on er just to get some fluids in. Abnormal saline I believe. Gat damn celery and mango would've saved em BIG time. Looked forward to seeing you in morning formation! Reporting Sarge. Glad you are back!

Just finish a vicious speed session on the treadmill, followed weights for the back, core and arms. A wee bit chilly here in the Canadian mountains and not quite enough snow in the valley to get to one of my favorite winter activities; snowshoeing on the trails.

Work tonight so on my feet, hustling for many hours and NO AL or bad snacking for me!

Now I'm starving for some serious rations, so will fix a big salad with homemade dressing and tonnes of veggies. May do an open salmon sandwich to go along with that sir.

Sarge has some wonderful news to report. As you know our company nurse Private Jones cat went missing after a vicious attack by dogs some time ago. Her cat returned home yesterday evening. I'm sending Private Jones and her son all of our well wishes and feelings of joy. This is an amazing story of one kitty's resilience, courage, and love. Jones we would love to adopt your kitty as our official company mascot. We hope you will do us the honor.

And, Sarge, have dropped the following off at Cooky's deep fryer -- love those K rations -- canned processed meat, and lemon beverage powder. Maybe Cooky could fry up some of that leftover canned meat - get a nice crust on it. Yum

Mess will be adding meals that will delight a kitty palate. Why hell I may try it too. Cooky has exactly been hitting home runs lately. Choochie, I've made Cooky aware of your suggestions!
