Just had to share this, I will be 40 on Thanksgiving day and funny thing is I kept telling myself when I hit 40 I want to be in the best shape ever. I was going to strive to get my weight back down to 110 and get my abs back and look great at 40. Well, I did not get back down to 110 and I also did not get my abs back, but funny thing is I am more healthy now than I have been probably since I was a teenager. My skin looks 10 times better, my psoriasis is almost gone and I can think much more clearly. So I did get my prayer answered of being in the best shape at 40 - YEAH!!

Way to go Twosox. BTW, being rail thin is not healthy - just a perverted by-product of what we've been sold. I think the fashion industry has to constantly change the measurement for beauty so we'll spend money!!
