Hopefully it will be a short day. Then off to the market for veggies and other things, cleaning, doing the table, then the cooking mahem begins (sans wine for the first time in a bajillion years)! So excited! I am on day 24 today! Holy Crap! Thanks to all of you.

This Thanksgiving is especially important to me. I am thankful for so much. Especially you guys. You have really helped me, and continue to help me with your support. You have helped change my life for the better and I wll be forever grateful. I feel strong and healthly and really look forward to being sober now.

Enough of this, right? Too early for all this sentiment...lol

Love you guys and see you later on today!

Love KatWagon - :goodjob: on day 24. Sober Thanksgiving and then sober holidays. A great goal to work towards. Good for you. Keep it up.

Just got home. Mrs. T is going to be late - her flight has been delayed by an hour. The cubs are in their rooms, preparing for Natural Sciences & Afrikaans exams respectively.

Lamb loin chops on the menu tonight... ***licks lips in anticipation***
I hate it when flights are delayed. Sitting around waiting and waiting.

How did the cubs do on their Math exams? Good for them studying so much. Sounds like you've got a good system going there.

The lamb chops sound delish. We had a veggie day here. Tuna patties, zucchini-feta pie and cheese stuffed peppers. Mr. Stirly licked his plate and asked for more..

    How has your day been?
Decent day. I am now doing a preparation for this year's income tax report. Boring, boring. That's why I'm popping in and out...

We filed our tax returns this week - Friday is the deadline. Now comes the dreaded wait... how much do we owe over and above aeverythnig already paid :upset:

The maths exam went well. And I did put a choccie bar in their lunchbox this morning, with a "thinking of you" on the wrapper...

                                That's what I'm worried about...

Plus the youngest cub is feeling extremely sorry for herself but also refusing help. Bloody wimmin! :upset::upset:
