3 Months AF !!

Well I achieved my 3 months AF today and I am feeling quietly chuffed with myself I also know that while it has taken a lot of determination I could not have managed to get to this point without the daily support from everyone on this site. I had tried to stop by myself since January with no success and really was desperate when I registered in August.

Thanks guys I am so pleased to have you in my life, and to those who are lurking why not take a chance and join in it could be the start of a new life.
