Have to say I slacked today due to horrific winds (30 mph gusts, that is) - just couldn't bring my pansy ass to get out in the torrents, Sir. Will do better tomorrow. Still ok on the eats, sir.
Oh, one comment on supplements, Sir. I've always worried about the liver/kidney issue and how to know what it enough/too much. Best to get what we can from real food, Sir??? Would like to hear you weigh in on the topic when practical, Sir.
OK soldier I want kicking it tomorrow. Private Choochie don't you worry your pretty little head 'bout liver or kidney. Cooky has an organ donor card....NOW MOVE YER BUTT!!! I'm guessing here, but you made need one of Cooky's remedies. It's a blend of horse manure, low fat milk, and swiss miss cocoa. Anyway, Mish I want YOU to GET YOUR BUTT IN GEAR. NOW REPORT BACK IN LATER. IF YOU SEE YOUR SPA MATE...TELL HER SARGE NEEDS TO SEE HER!!!:h Mish :h

Need serious outdoor maneuvres in the heat to remind self why I never want to feel like this ever again. Luckily is only 29 Celcius today instead of the 36 we had yesterday, but still need to sweat this monster out. Sorry for this lapse of judgement Sarge. Feel free to kick butt.
Ok soldier hang in there. Sarge has been there many times himself. Get yourself feeling better and GET YOUR BUTT BACK IN FORMATION TOMORROW. I'll be keeping an eye on you Private Mish. Meanwhile I'll carry your pack the rest of the day. I NEED YOU HERE PRIVATE. Take care of yourself and get some rest. I'll see you standing tall in formation tomorrow. Oh, Private Mish just want to give you a :l

Private Web....YOU WILL EXERCISE. Now you hear me good. I want you doing extra reps each. For the love of Pete you have a web. That an unfair advantage I've overlooked up till now. Webs are NOT standard army issue. If you continue this rebellious attitude I may have to consider your web as contraband. NOW MOVE OUT! BTW Web, I love it when ya oink!!!

I am up, as if anyone cares. I am on call. We are doing a large scale install in Las Vegas, NV. It is a "seamless install" in phases (no flash cut)@ a "high profile" casino. I've been called four time in the past hour. Things are progressing OK. We cannot allow any interruption to current infrastructure. Any outage, no matter how limited is extremely costly. My fear is we cause some burp in their system and some BIG guy named Rocco asks the engineers...who's your boss and where can I find him.Outside of a dog a book is mans best friend. The Sarge doesn't like that sort of thing.

hi frog I just made coffee. The folks doing the install have a hard stop at 3PM EST so testing can begin on the first phase of the installation. The system developers that will do the testing are in New Jersey. Once that get the hand off I can get some sleep. The project will be completed on Thursday. I could fall asleep but I hate the mobile going off. Anyway, I'm working virtual office this week so no going downtown. They lit the Christmas tree in Rockefeller Center last evening. If I'm downtown on Thursday I'll take a picture of the tree and post it.Outside of a dog a book is mans best friend. Inside of a dog its too dark to read
