Yes, its so helpful to be with people who really "get it"
When I lost my Yogi I blogged about his illness and his death. Put pics up and it really helped me. I still go back and read from time to time....
I am doing OK for the most part. Sometimes it gets me and I cry, but I think thats good. I never cried until fairly recently and its good to get things out.
Had a few drinking drugging thoughts lately, but they havent progressed thankfully.
Life is tough, but we CAN roll with the punches xx

I feel for ya Reggie. I had a green P plater jump my spot last week but I didn't stress too much (bastard). AND yesterday arvo AFTER I had cleaned the floors I was out gardening and didn't take my Blundies off and trekked dog poop through the house.... fortunately not on the carpet though!
