My my my what lot of chatter boxes we are today!!! Cant be bothered addressing everyone by name...I'm in a very unsociable, bad mannered mood today!!! I know, I know, most unlike me, but ya get that. I'm actually tired. For the last five nights I have sat up with my beatiful puppy, nursing her and it has caught up with me. She continues to improve a little bit everyday. If things havent turned around big time by next week...she is off to the dogs hospital in Melbourne. I'll go with her on the Spirit of Tasmania and she will be operated on by Australias top neuro=surgeon for dogs. Anyway I'll be hanging around here on and off for most of the day so I'll catch yas

Bloody hell - I've been digging; lifting and dividing a large bed of irises. I swear I'm in Singapore. The humidity is un-reeeeal. I'm sweating like I haven't sweated since I was late lodging my last tax return.

Egg No 265 poached for lunch but I really really want tinned asparagus rolls on crappy white bread with the crusts cut off. *** add sobbing thingy here ***

Get back out there amongst it, you lot.

Tawny - I should have sent you my plate of them. Beautifully presented on my nicest Xmas plate. They got mixed up with a whole lot of other things (sausage rolls, cheerios, mince pies, xmas cake, chocolate truffles) and put out on tin foil platters, looking like a dog''s breakfast :upset:

However, a lovely time was had by all! It was really nice to get to talk with the people that Mum has become friends with (she doesn't make friends easily) , and their families, and to make some connections. Also had a chance to talk with the managers of the place. Both said that rarely have they seen such a huge improvement in health, and that from their perspective mum is really happy and well integrated into that little community. Occupational therapist said that Mum has become her right hand woman and that when they do trips out, she often tries to make sure that Mum is along so that there is someone else to push wheelchairs!! There also seems to be some doubt about whether last weeks "thing" was a stroke or just a negative reaction to some antibiotics that she got put onto (which is what she believes and attributes her being much better to the fact that she took herself off them early this week)

So lots of life in the old bat yet!! (although she was a bit disappointed this afternoon that she cant cope with sweet stuff any more, and didn't feel up to tackling Xmas cake after having sausage rolls and chocolate truffles!!)

                          hi ho y-fronts.
well i'm just about to go walk the doggies for an hour - everything over the age of 10 days comes along. rode my horse this a.m & she was a treat - a lovely feeling to go cantering around a 500 acre paddock with nothing except the wind ( which was rather brisk i might add) & keeping an eye out for the old girl - my ancient dog, 13 & deaf as a post. rather doddery too so must keep a watch out for her when i'm out. the mare is an absolute treasure, but i waffle.
on a day 2 here af & on the hypoglyc eating plan. i think it's helping.
reggie, the heavy foundation may well be a little obvious mate why don't you soak your bright red visage in some cool water with cucumber - very New Age. THEN apply Nude skin mask, as well as eye-liner, lippie & some ice-blue eyeshadow & then go audition for Priscilla. or Rupaul's Drag Race. just make sure you tuck little reggie firmly between you legs when you walk the walk.
ok, lamb roast in the oven, STILL haven't vacuumed but have washed the slugs' bedding & baked some bread....oh yessssssssss.
sapphy, will pm ya but yes please on the exercise regime if it's pretty gentle.....i throb ya.

Evening Reginald. Your sunburn story reminds me of an incident when me myself and I who is actually me laid in the sun topless and fell asleep. I woke up feeling like I was on fire, rushed to the local doctors surgery in downtown Cobar, screeched into his office, which was always very dimly lit (he was a major pisshead and probably couldnt stand bright lights), tore open my shirt - no bra of course and said " what do you think about this" The look on his face was sheer shock horror...until I pointed out that I was blistered and bright red. Short story long, gave me some Silverzane and I didnt scar. :H:H:H I reckon the poor old buggar needed a stiff drink or fifty after that little episode!!!!!
