Morning All,

I am going to tackle something new today....I am going to PAINT something. Just a piece of wood that son wants to use as a base for games etc but I have never painted anything in my life. Have just realised that I have nothing to clean the brushes with afterwards.

It's still steamy here and the sky is still black.

Is anyone affected by the NSW floods?

tawny are you going to be ok with all that flooding? ANOTHER deluge headed your way i hear on the news - just ridiculous! a disaster truly also for those poor farmers whose crops are destroyed....at least we got SOME grain over here, poor as it is!
RC how you doing? getting some snow in Canuck-land? ready for Xmas? i'm dreading it actually as will have a lot of driving to do on the day but hey it'll keep me sober so clouds + silver linings & all that jazz.

Hey Beags~~At least you won't have the roads we have for driving that time, although one never knows. How are you doing? Flooding for the Frog? I'm still imagining the silver lining hoping for the best. Doing my best.:new:

Doggy update,

I have found a vet in Hobart who has heaps of experience in dealing spinal and neurological problems. We are driving down on Thursday MOrning. Fingers crossed he will say that operation will be viable option. Its raining like hell here and cold. Beautiful flowers TF. gday Beags; R.C. and Techie xxxxxx

Fantastic news, Saffy - so much better than a flight, etc. to Melb.

Beags - we had some rain this morning which completely filled every tank I have and now it's stopped and incredibly steamy again - like Singapore during the monsoon season. We're supposed to be getting a major bucketing and I'm as prepared as I can be with bilge pumps and hoses etc., all in place. I learnt a lot the last (and first) time I got flooded so here's hoping. I feel for our farmers - wheat, oats, barley - all crops are downgraded.

Techi -***W&FF*** is good. I shall use it, if I may.
