No new stuff ready yet Saph, but many work's in progress. New album i'm going to try to have ready first half of next year, finances pending, but should be right. I hope to have a couple of new tunes up around Christmas.

so you really ARE an eco-warrior Tawn. I've got friends that started to build a nud-brick house in the hills. It never got finished on account of too nuch nead and snoking hooch day in, day out and saying yeah nan (true story)

Well, i'n orf into the day. Just got a knock at the door, and Oprah has billeted out 3 of her guest yank's to stay with ne, and experience some bloody Strayiana or sonethin. Cheeses Thrice! Now, what to do with the fecker's? I know, i'll send en over to Chopper Read's joint for coffee and cake, and a little tour of the backstreet's of Collingwood.

Just introducing myself

Hi,
Thought I would check in here. I live in Canberra. Would probably describe myself as an intermittent drinker who has had various embarrassing and life threatening experiences during my long relationship with alcohol. I have a very healthy respect for how dangerous and sneaky alcohol is as a drug. Born in Melbourne but left there in my teens and have lived in Wellington, Sydney, Canberra, Brisbane, Edinburgh, Norwich, Reading, Amsterdam. Currently back in Canberra working in the IT Industry and staring down the barrell of my last 5 years in the workforce before retirement. I dont like getting old, but as on old friend once told me the alternative is worse. My alcohol management is under control at the moment but I am humble enough to know that it could all come off the rails any time, so I try to avoid complacency.

Morning All,

You've all been up for hours! I'm only awake as I had a phone call at 7.20 am. Anyway, I'm now back in bed, watching TV, drinking coffee and checking my e-mails.

Looks like my painting career is over as I suffered from head spins all day yesterday. It's no wonder I never tried solvent abuse. Just hate having to hand it back to hubby to finish off like I'm a hopeless female.

I think there's some blue sky out there today, although it looks like it's blowing a gale.
