Oh, Saph, I just read about Saffy on the Boot Camp thread and came here with a heavy heart to offer you words of condolence, but such good news as greeted me!!! I am so happy to hear that Saffy has a reprieve and I'll be thinking of you both over the weekend and into Monday. Great news.

Was having a bit of an early morning (well, not too early) lurk here and was so sad to hear of Saffy. Reading on, my tears of sadness turned to tears of happiness. Saffy girl - don't let anyone tell you you've gotta go before YOU know it's time. Saph - I'm delighted that there is hope for your dear doggy. Best of bloody luck with the tests on Monday. Give her a big hug from me.
As for the rest of the Undies - hope you all..

They camped out overnight.
I saw them squashed in the front row with a 'We love you Oprah' sign. They were crying. If your 8 year old self met you, would they be proud?

Underoos and Friends - December.....
Evening all,
Thankyou all so much for your support, it means everything to me and Saffy. Thanks Tawn, Bridge, Zenners, Stirly Girl, R.C. Beagle, Mr. Tips, Techie, Mr. g., Starty, Missy B., Betty B., Rags, Charlotte, Mishy, Lillypond. I hope I havent missed anyone out...if so, I thank you as well. One very important note-worthy thing has happened to be in amongst all this angst and worry. I am unshakeable in my resolve to not drink. Six months ago, I would have rushed off to the bottle shop and literally drowning my sorrows. For the first time in many many years, I am prepared to feel sadness and pain and face life head-on. I actually feel courageous. There has been an amazing shift in my internal dialogue and it feels so different to the conversations that I have previously had with myself when faced with suffering. Being al free and clear brings with it insights into how to handle situations and not simply endure.I am a part of the family of humanity. Not one person on this earth is a stranger to me. Rev. Well I heard that they were both in negotiations with her people ... something about being offered regular segments on her show about Inappropriate Touching and Angling Down Under. Who know's if it's true ...

Look ... Steadman just cracked the darks because he was dragged around Toorak and South Yarra buying baby clothes for the Travoltas and Kidman/Urbans. He really wanted a bratwurst at the Vic Market. Her people said no. Gayle was at Edward Beale's having her hair done.
