Cloudless here, but I didn't think to drive sooner to a clear spot to watch the eclipse... aren't I a duffer.
But driving back I saw my Chrissy lights strung round the Westringia out the front. Not the best in the street, but a brush of Christmas colour to brighten up the coal miners as they drive to work next door!Comment

Reggie, does this mean I have to look out for 2 all round lights in a vertical line, the upper being green and the lower white, 2 white all round lights in a vertical line or 2 cones apex to apex in a vertical line..... or a white light over a red light...... Oh Gawd, I really did memorise it all for my coxswains course didn't I.....Comment
