SAPPHS GET BETTER REAL QUICK RECIPE

4 cloves of crushed glarlic
Juice of three lemons
1/2 cup of cider vinegar
1/2 cup of honey
1 tspn cayenne pepper

bring to the boil and then simmer for about 15 mins. Sip constantly until finished. Bewdiful
