Sorry, Sarge. Not doing too well on the AL front. I've drunk myself sober and don't like myself much atm. Please kick my butt in a right royal manner. And I really am sorry....

BEET rooting, I hope. Thanks Saff, but I've still half a cask left and I'd be a liar if I said I wasn't going to drink it.

Private Choochie reporting, Sir. Fantastic eats and exercise planned for day, Sarge.

Kashi organic wheat squares with rice milk, homemade quiche (including crust made from scratch), beans, hand made gnocchi with homemade spicy basil tomato sauce, Matcha and Tulsi teas, lots of water, and 3 mile run.

Good day for the private, here, Sarge. Wonderful night's sleep and feeling feisty, happy, grateful to be alive (in contrast to my drinking days Sarge when I was pretty miserable every day).

Thanks for the outstanding November Sarge. Proud to be a part of your platoon (if that's what it's called).

Buck up Mishy Moo - we are here for you. Sarge, I think Mish needs another spanking.

It really doesn't matter that I didn't get to the gym!

I'm so proud to have your sweet loving self as a member of this platoon Missy B!!!

OK PRIVATE MISH. We do NOT leave anyone in distress on the field. We take care of our own here. NOW GET THIS SHIT OUT OF YOUR SYSTEM TODAY. Sarge will be in Washington today meeting with the Chiefs at some joint. I expect you to take care of yourself and get medically correct. DO YOU HEAR ME SOLDIER. I WANT A FULL REPORT IN THE MORNING. THAT'S AN ORDER PRIVATE MISH. OH AND MISH :l:h

GREAT work Private Choochie. Love that Kashi stuff Private. Why hell when I was in Kashistan, I used to smoke it all the time. The exercise is doing wonders for you Private. Make sure you include the airborne shuffle to your workout. It really works the glutes especially if yer on one of those glute free diet. Hell I was on that diet one time and it didn't matter which way I put my pants on. OK PRIVATE MOVE OUT!!!

                          Reporting after a reprieve Sarge.

Went to Cozumel on a mission and to support my own personal troops through the Ironman. It has certainly fired up my motivational engines to get back to some serious Boot Camp training.

Exercise will involve some serious sledding action with my kids this afternoon after school and then a swim workout tonight.

                          Glad to be back sir!

                            ROFLMFAO SARGE!!!!!!!

What an awesome way to start the day. I love a good laugh and this thread delivers big time. Plan for Private Saff today: eat like a buddist monk; exercise: exercise bike; weight training; jump around to doof doof music doing aerobic rountines. Cant leave the house yet as Saffy cant bear to let me out of her site. LOts of stress here Sarge, but going with the flow. Onwards and upwards.

Private Zenners reporting for duty only to find there's no "today" thread. When I actually had something to add to it for the first time in a week! :upset:

GYM MANOEUVRINGS... 30 mins Dreadmill, 40 mins weight machines. Ha ha! Eh!

Back to reality SIR! Patting oneself on one's back is NOT dignified. I will await further arse kicking. That is all...

AWESOME Zenners. Just got in from Central Command. Sarge apologizes to you as his mobile hand held voice instrument had problems today. Sarge was with the head honchos today in closed door meetings.

You deserve to pat yourself on the back Zenny...GREAT JOB!!!
