AF BOOT CAMP DAY 19 (Mission: Missing Missy)

Meech;1015145 wrote: Reporting after a reprieve Sarge.

Went to Cozumel on a mission and to support my own personal troops through the Ironman. It has certainly fired up my motivational engines to get back to some serious Boot Camp training.

Exercise will involve some serious sledding action with my kids this afternoon after school and then a swim workout tonight.

    Glad to be back sir!

GREAT MEECH. I left you a message. I was there in '09 supporting some friends that were competing. I was competing at the bar. I SHOULD have been in that race...damn shame, but no dang looking back. NOW GET MOVING. I'll see you at 0500 hours!

What an awesome way to start the day. I love a good laugh and this thread delivers big time. Plan for Private Saff today: eat like a buddist monk; exercise: exercise bike; weight training; jump around to doof doof music doing aerobic rountines. Cant leave the house yet as Saffy cant bear to let me out of her site. LOts of stress here Sarge, but going with the flow. Onwards and upwards.

OK Private Saph I like your plan. I also like that you providin some comfort for Saffy. Give her another scratch behind the ear for Old Sarge. See you at 0500 hours. BTW Private the next time you call me a frickin doof doof you'll be cleanin Cooky's greae pit for a week straight. GOT THAT SOLDIER???

Sarge, that looks bewuudiful. As much as I am enjoying sitting here in t-shirt and shorts with all the windows open, there is something about a northern hemisphere Xmas that I sometimes miss.

And now that it is December I can put on James Taylor's Xmas album and also Snoopy's Xmas!!

OMG you're up. I'm waiting for some engineers to finish up their work on a system installation. Luckily things are going well so I'll be in the supine position soon! Micky D's would clog em right if they had arteries. I think they would thrive on a Big Mac :H

:H I'm actually just a central point for emergency escalation if we have a failure that impacts the client. This is an extremely sensitive project. Normally I have folks that handle this stuff, and that suits me fine. I'm about done here anyway Missy. Have a goodnight. Give Betty and Drooler a cuddle for me!
