The tool box is a great thread, other than that alot of us newbies start out in "just starting out" and we find our way from there. This is a great place! I've been here for about 2 weeks and I love it!:welcome:

Hi Freedom and welcome! Your question is a little different if I read it correctly. I'm interested in the answers that will come. All the best !!

Hi Freedom and welcome. You might want to post in just starting out section. Regardless, read and write lots. There are so many people here who are caring and thoughtful. Let us know a little about yourself, what your goals are, what challenges you are facing, and we will try to help. All the best,

One of the best things you can get out of this community is the willingness to share, without holding back, We start by telling our own experience and by doing so we help others, and when we get this of our own chest we feel better, its the things we keep hidden that weigh on our mind,The more we share the more we keep, keep posting and sharing about yourself, you are not alone.

:welcome:Freedom - welcome. It's a little challenging at first do know where to post, but basically there is no right or wrong. When you're new, though, you want to post where others will find you so they can give you support. That's typically in the Just Starting Out or General Discussion Sections. Post your questions and others will try to help.

You will quickly find your way around. By clicking on the "new posts" button on the blue bar you can see where people have recently posted. Then you can see if there is anything in particular that applies to you and post there. When I started I think I posted everywhere and was always made to feel welcome....

You are SO welcome here, and anywhere you want to post is fine. Congratulations for having the courage to actually post, and ask for help. You can also click on someone's name, then click 'PM' on the drop-down bar, and talk one-on-one with otheres of your choice.

                        :welcome: freedom,

Well you have had lots of great advice so far, my own experience of this community since I joined in August has been great. I have only ever received encouragement, support and inspiration from the many wonderful folk on these threads.

There are threads for those who want to stop drinking and for those who want to moderate their drinking, it's up to you. There are also threads on Research or on Fitness & Health, even on What Your Reading, whatever you decide to get involved in is up to you. Most people though start out in Just Starting Out and go from there.

Let us know if this helps.

Enjoy today - there will be no other one quite like it....

                          Hi Freedom,

Welcome to MWO, this is a good place. If you haven't already, download & read the MWO book from the Health Store above. It's full of good info for you.
Make a good plan for yourself, something that works for you.
Stay close & post a lot on the threads - very helpful & comforting to know you're not alone

Wishing you the best on your journey!
