:bday3: OK-crazy smiley but work week officially over! KTAB-the fish pie sounded good but we're going for a shepherd's pie instead (sorry, we are flesh eaters:H but I do love fish too) Still freezing and snow...blah, blah, blah. So yes Oney, WE MUST EAT. And if it is fattening all the better as we can hide our growing bums and bellies under BIG jumpers! Of course I'm single and you are not so ...I'm digging a hole for myself here! Let's just say noone will be seeing under MY jumper:H. I've actually lost weight these past weeks-what with all the walking I do and the cold weather (burns calories as body tries to stay warm--I guess). Anyway, I'm thin enough --will calculate the BMI thingy and post back. Men just don't obsess about these things do they:H? expat xxx

I guess it depends on whether you want the jumper to cover the top half or the bottom half

Thanks Betty ! I'm going to copy it straight away! PLUS!! I did my BMI-some weight thingy you can calculate AND they say I am underweight. So I must eat more:H. My BMI is 16,9. That is for Five feet six inches or one metre 66 with weight of--1: pounds 105, stones: 7.5, kilos: 47.3! How complicated can you get????! I am confused myself. Do they take into account of bone size? I think I just have bird bones. Anyway, I'm starving and ready to start our shepherd's pie. It's really weird being home before the kids-I should probably be cleaning or something-making good use of my "free time". HA!

It really is very tasty, in fact there are lots of great recipes on that site for meat eaters ...........
