Gym Manouverings for yesterday - 40m free weights and 30m aerobics. Rations - TERRIBLE! Well, they were fine till I hit a party buffet last night and then the gloves came off. Feel quite ill today I do.
I'm never going to eat that much carbs evah evah again. Ugh!

AWESOME EXERCISING. Good thing you did too before that buffet. I know what you mean about feeling ill. When I go off my nutrition plan with the shit carbs, it can feel like a hangover of sorts. Report back later Private Zen. Feel better :l
