Im having small victories today, because of the finances I was going to cut the poolman back and do it myself in between, I was advised that this would piss him off too much and would be better sacking him altogether, anyway when he can today I took a deep breath and just told him exactly my situation. He was amazing and happy to just come now and again to check its all ok for a minimal fee and he ended up giving me a website to check out for some courses i was interested in. All in all it was a really positive conversation for us both and just goes to show that when you are really straight and honest you get the best out of people.

I also got a call from my ex husband telling me about a job he has recommended me for! Maybe I can stay here afterall....

Just had the daughter on the phone. I can safely say that there's all hell let loose after the government passed the vote for the rise of student in student fees.

I may have to write a letter to the Times from Mrs Very Cross Indeed,Northumberland
