    Long term abstainers

Just wondering this question for quite a while but why do people here not comment and go in to the long term abstainers thread ? it must be the most unused thread here on the forum and it can give so much back, you dont have to be long term abstinent to post there or to ask questions, again just wondering.

    Mario,

For me, abstinence isn't something I really think about much any more. It just is... That is part of who I've become. I don't think I have all that much to say about it, other than the stuff we refer to in General as part of normal conversation...

I hope it makes some sense...
    I'll do whatever it takes

Hi mr tips,I dont think about it much myself, i am what i am , but for newish people here it is a great motivational thread to show it can be be done,of course that's not to take away from the monthly abstinence thread where a lot of great work goes on.But i am surprised by the number of people who dont know it exits as if there are no long termers here.

I think the long term abstainers here are a wonderful group. They hang out everywhere, helping those who are still figuring out how to lead their new lives. Mario, your thoughtful posts are very inspiring, and Roger all those "shout Out" and "Ass in Gear" threads, how can anyone resist your strong supportive arms? Tip, I don't mean to leave you out, you already said your piece well. What makes this site work is people helping themselves by helping others, and that's what is happenening instead of hanging out with a separate group. Thanks, guys.
My life is better without alcohol, since 9/1/12. My sobriety tool is the list at permalink 236 on the toolbox thread under monthly abstinance.

Posts in the Long Term Abstainer section are always inspiring to me! On a selfish note I to wish there was more activity there! Even if it is only me, I will read your posts there Mario!!! ;-)

              Mario,
I am so glad you have a new avatar!

I read the LT abstainers, but I don't feel I qualify, yet, but I would love to see more traffic.
