I am not actually here and watching a re-run of CSI New York, I am actually in the kitchen writing Christmas cards.
Got a bit of a puzzle for you. These are 2 wrapped pressies for my brother and Mr JC 's brother in law. With times being hard in the JC household I paid less than ?2.50 for each of them.
Can you guess what they are?

2 giant roasted garlic bulbs.
Bit of tinsel, tissue paper, silver ribbon and 2 posh boxes I found at the bottom of the decorations bag.

I know which I would prefer. Have you ever tried smoked garlic, fresh garlic or wild garlic leaves? The leaves grow near us and are lovely in scrambled eggs.Ethanol is a toxic chemical, why would I drink it?Comment
