    Morning EP and M (keeping to my initials theme for the day)

    I got something like Voltaren, my wobbly arm massager thingy and painkillers. It helps with the dull ache but when I reach or lift my arm it half kills me.
    It could be worse, I could be filing.

      Hiya Mario. Hope you're feeling better.

      Jackie, I've PM'd you about Voltaren - the real stuff, not something similar. Hope you get some relief soon. Would anti-inflammatory medicine help I wonder? How about some horse linament that Tawny used...

      Am outta here. Have a ton of things to do and with this cold, I'm slow getting around to doing them.

        Getting there ,sickness etc seems to have moved on just no energy left, and i have to go out :-(,will be back later but it does seem very quite around here hope all is well.

          Mario, sounds like some awful mega bug you've had. Quick trot out and then get yer auld tartan blanket over yer knee, sit in yer rocking chair in front of an open fire and pretend yer Val Doonigan for the rest of the day.

                      Morning Army, just thought I'd pop in and say hello.

                      JC I've had a frozen shoulder since I fell in April - its partly frozen now and I've got some movement but its still very painful. I've been seeing an osteopath monthly and I'm trying to move it as much as I can. Don't whatever you do stop using your arm or it will get worse. Apparently they can take 18 months to get better. Hope yours doesn't take that long.

                        Morning all! Mario and JC - hope you are both feeling better!

                        It is like NO degrees here in Philly this morning. I let my dog out and he looked at me like "What, you think I am going out there?" and ran back upstairs and jumped on the bed. Should be fun trying to get the baby to go out in this! She hates getting bundled up.

                          Long time no post on the monthly thread, nice to see you.
                          Just checked when I last saw the doc and she said it was a pulled muscle in my neck that was on Nov 12th. I just can't keep shovelling pain killers down not with my addictive nature.

                          Mr JC was in work 7.30am yesterday and dawg knows when I see him tonight as he's got a whole day off on Thursday.
