    I was just thinking about bungalows. Any way Mr JC doesn't like sleeping downstairs he thinks it's too easy for burglars to get in and nick the duvet.

      Alrighty, folksies...

      I'm afraid it's time for me to go and take a shower and hit the mattress. Another early start tomorrow. I have to go to a full-day workshop at our regional office and need to fly by my own office in the CBD 1st.

        Yooo-hoo again... EVERYONE!

        Ok, this day SUCKS! First I WAS gonna go out and spend my hard earned and finally arrived in the bloody mail money doing some more xmas shopping.. ALONE and on a WEEKDAY (in hopes that the crowds would be locked away at home)... and THAT didn't happen.

        Then I got to look at that mountain of paper on what I presume to be my desk UNDER said papers... and got into it with the credit card company. After which I proceeded to pay BILLS (wouldn't they make wonderful fire starters in the wood stove?).

        So NOW, I'm broke again.. the papers that WERE on what I confirmed to be my desk are all over the floor and I will have to clean up this mess for hours.

            DO NOT come to Paris for the moment unless you want to experience snow storms, grumpy Paris citoyens (more than usual grumpy Parisians) :H etc. Spring or summer is nice. I love hearing your "stories". All over the world. I grrr at Tips but really-I love it! Not grrring at him-but hearing about other places!

                    Hi Zenners, GG......

                    I went to switch on my oven and something inside went BANG! But some strange safety thing has kicked in and the door won't open, I can see that the glass light inside has shattered but can't test it to see if it works because the bloody door won't open :upset:
                    There is no way I can afford to get it fixed this month so no oven for me at Christmas....

                    I'm hoping McLibra may come round next weekend and maybe a man's brain will fathom it out.....

                      Sunnybutt. Sounds like a shite day to me. Hope things go better for you tomorrow.

                      I unexpectedly have to work tomorrowz. Which means getting up at the un-godly hour of 6 a.m. which comes much earlier in Stirly-World than it does in any other corner of the world.:upset: And before I go to bed I have to walk the dog, get a meal together for younger son for tomorrow and then the whole pre-bedtime routine - you ladies know what I'm talking about - face scrubs, night-time replenishing moisturizers, etc. etc.

                      So am wishing you a lovely evening or afternoon, depending on what time it is where you live. For those of us in European time...when you finally get there in a few hours...

                            Thanks Zenny, tried that already and read the whole damn manual, no mention in trouble shooting about the door locking...... Maybe it wasn't a safety thing, but it's very strange if it's not...
