I'm so sorry that I just found out right now - at 11:40. Lots of people have said some very helpful things, but I know that whatever I add - this situation just totally sucks. I do know that you are very desirable employee with an accomplished skill set. You will land on your feet - and that job was starting to suck for you, despite all the good things about it.

Seriously though thanks to all of you. It is scary to be in this position but comforting to know you are all here.
Imagine, I'm sorry you are going through it too and yours sounds just as moosey.

I was part of one big lay-off before but that felt different- we all got these great packages, and I found THIS moosey job about 5 weeks later so I was sitting pretty on two salaries for quite a while. Now I feel singled out and like I wasn't cutting it. My head just hasn't been there and I'm wondering if maybe they used this as an excuse. Best told me I could have a big lawsuit on my hands if it turns out they get someone else in there to do my marketing. What I do is very specific and they said they were NOT doing it. Luckily I've got a couple of people on the "inside". And Allie you might be right maybe they were planning this the whole time I was gone GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!! Now I am MAD!

But still that moosey thing, that is the funniset f-ing thing I've heard it a while!! :H
