Its one of my favourites, Mario. If I had rotis in the freezer, I would have baked those off to go with it. Lovely to mop up the gravy with something like that. I also much prefer couscous to most types of rice (except basmati).

Phew... now I'm ravenous... I'm going to check how far the food is from ready!
