Loved the you tube thing JC Brought a big smile. Glad you are getting frozen shoulder sorted.
Been out for a long run hoping to beat the bad weather. WELL I got soaked to the skin rain,wind and hail. I used to run when I had a hangover and this run was still preferable to those hangover runs.
Starting to snow here now.

Had a horrible day, on my way down the country, truck broke down, had to wait nearly 3 hours for a tow truck and had no heat in cab, i was freezing, hope i dont get another relapse. :-(. home now and nice and happy.

Yikes Mario! Sorry you were stranded like that! WRONG TIME OF YEAR, BUDDY! You need to have a serious talk with your truck. My vehicles all know that there are 'No-Break-Down' seasons.

:hallo: again, all

I woke up from a nap-a-thon earlier. I think I won a gold medal. I was a bit grumpy, though... All better now - looking forward to dinner - moroccan chicken curry with couscous & butternut squash. I made use of the cooler weather to make us something spicy for a change.
