Its a grain made from wheat I think. Just add the right amount of boiling water and leave for five mins. Add whatever you fancy to jazz it up a bit and scoff as you would rice as a side dish.
Personally I love it with EVVO, rock salt freshly ground black pepper, finely chopped fresh chilli, garlic and corriander leaves. Serve fresh salmon on top and finish with a dollop of creme fraiche with some chopped scallions mixed through. Delicious recipe.
