    I have made it through another day. Most days are no issue at all.. but today I could really sense things going off track. Thanks for being here and setting me straight :l

            Yep, I did take my 1/2 pill this morning. And, I'm glad I did... but as Kate said.. it doesn't stop the thoughts.

            Stirlie... I had a good long look out the window right about dusk... you're right. Plenty to enjoy and be happy about - lots of beauty if one wants to see it :l Thank you!
