Last winter we had storms for 3 months! Bit like UK, weather seems to be changing here, winters used to be mainly dry.
No clue what I'm doing Starts, I think ultimately I will come back to UK, I'm trying to spin it out here as long as poss as once I go I won't come back. Libya is still on the cards too but either way I'd like to push it and stay here a final 6 months.

I'm mega concerned about my ex, his drinking has reached an all time low and I am hearing dreadful things about him, he's also regularly driving hammered and I don't know how he's still alive, I wish I could help him, it's very frustrating.....

Oh Chillipepper, that is such a shame about your ex....must be so worrying. Trouble is and you know this, it has to start with him.....all you can really do is say a prayer and hope I guess?
Perhaps the new year will give you some clarity. I hope so...

Well its chucking it down with snow here now!!

Good morning, Getting ready for the day-but first more coffee! We are going into Paris to see the new Harry Potter and then more shopping. Starts-hope you enjoy the party! Chill-stay safe and cosy from that storm. I hope your living situation works out for you. Life is complicated sometimes. A few months ago I did not know if I would be staying on in Paris or not-and then things took a turn and we are still here and in a lovely new flat! Hello to everyone else to come-hope you all have a safe and happy day:l. expat xxx

                      Good Morning Army.

Hello Starty, Chill and Expat and to all who drop by later. You ladies are up bright and early.
                      Wishing you all a

Starty - hope you have fun at your party today.
Chill, I love storms but I wouldn't like three months of them. No snow for Christmas in Stirly-World. The temps will be up around 17 to 18C with possible rain predicted for Friday and cloudy weather Saturday and Sunday. Oh well, at least it won't be flooding or something dangerous. Hope your ex gets a wake-up call soon. Especially about the drinking and driving part.
Ex - sounds like a great day lined up. Enjoy!!
Off to walk the dogger. Have a ton of work to do today. Catch up with you laterz.
For every 60 seconds that you are angry, you lose a minute of happiness.

                              Good morning, Gurlz

It's practically arctic in Cape Town today: a high of a mere 24C is predicted. I should have brought a jersey to the office...

Starty: I should NEVER have had a quick lurk on yestrerday's thread before switching off the light. Good grief! It's a wonder you weren't banned overnight :H:H:H
                              I'll do whatever it takes
