    Hi everone, havent had much time on here in the last few days ,was just read back a bit hope Ktabs gets home soon i think dublin is closed untill eleven. very wobbley today/this evening before dinner really had to talk myself out of drinking not at all sure if i can do this over xmas, its not as if anyone is putting me under any pressure its just me.

      Madman's christmas time is one of the hardest times to get through with this journey,can you put something in place for you not to get bored,have some plan,you really dont want to throw away all the good work you have done on yourself and family,we all get them alcohol voices telling us its ok but we know its not,stay strong.

        Madman it's the most difficult time of year, booze is just everywhere but come on you CAN do this!

                    Chill, the snow has stopped but its still white over and freezing, Yes we stay home for Christmas, Christmas Dinner at my mum and dads which is only across the road, and then boxing day Tea at mine .......
