Appt with physio on 29th Jan for shoulder but it could take anything up to 18 months to unfreeze :upset: but it's OK I'll struggle on gallantly, with fortitude and humour ( oooooooh I just love playing the martyr).

And the cold just sucks.

In other news: our friend phoned to say she's only coming through on Thursday. Now I have no incentive to roast said leg of lamb. I wonder what kind of decent takeout I would be able to find for lunch?

Tips, it's the NHS, bit of a waiting list. I was surprised to get one so early. It doesn't really restrict a lot of things but if it decides to hurt by god it hurts.

good mornin all,it is nice to read people have got a grip on there lifes,instread of the old sayingg. gees i spiralled to disaster, again, we had a tiring christmas, were as in my better half [wife] finding out were aging hahahaha, the torch of celebratiobn in years to come will be passed down tothe younger generation, we can visit there homes and just come home, we both came home last nt an d flaked out,hahahah, other then that i have to say it has been a rewarding christmas season, my health is good, im not angry, as you can see the lonliness is not there, i got you folks and my family, who dont blame me for all that happens, maybe they see a change, and tired ,i am that and maybe all are noticing it is not from over indulging. i leave that to the kids, but them knowing what i have been thro, they always have a lending
