      Thanks Tawn, and dont worry I am putting my own wellbeing top of the list. I spent too many years doing exactly the opposite and it nearly killed me.Its very interesting to me that not long ago I would have drowned myself in a vat of wine by now over this crisis, but that is the furthest thing from my mind. We are so bloody capable of change. Amazing really

        What interests me, is that people in the 'people' fields are now paying attention to such things as debriefing.
        At one stage it was all considered a bit wussy (does not reflect my opinion).

        I once went home at he tender age of 17 after having found a woman hanging in one of our wards......the debrief was......'YOU write the report nurse...and hurry it up, I want to get home'

                            I'm getting lots of email spam. I have a temporary PC (we usually have Apple Macs) so that may be an issue. I will log out properly and try again tomorrow.
