Sapphy hope you are feeling stronger today.
I booked myself into an addiction counsellor this morning. I stopped going last year when when my brother died and I just had too many things to deal with. I've been meaning to go back for some time and I decided last night I shouldn't put it off any more. Couldn't get an appt for a couple of weeks though!!
Anyway, I'm off down south this morning for a couple of days. Doing some work in a tiny place called Oamaru, which I have never ever been to so that should be fun!!
